The Arcana - A Mystic Romance is a visual novel that puts you in control of a young witch/tarot reader whose mentor has left her in charge of the esoteric store. Your job here is to read the tarot cards of the different characters that enter your store and change their lives while you’re at it.
The gameplay is very simple. You’ll normally just have to talk to the characters and choose the answers you want. During stressful moments, you’ll have a limited amount of time to pick your answer or action.
At the beginning of the adventure, you’ll start getting to know the characters and you’ll have to start taking some pretty unimportant decisions. However, as the story develops you’ll be involved in mysteries that could put some of the other characters in danger.
